‘Since 1975’

Royal Enterprise started its journey in 1975 and since then we have been pursuing our business with customer satisfaction for more than 45 years by the grace of Almighty. Not to mention, our management has given an endless frantic effort throughout all these years, along with tremendous spirit of teamwork with professionalism. Thus, we have been operating successfully so far and always worked on widening the range of our distribution nationwide. We are doing business with a bunch of tentative goals every year to include a new dimension to the arena of our business.
Currently, we are the authorized national distributor of MRF Tyres, AMCO Batteries and MOTUL Lubricants in Bangladesh. We have been a pioneer in the tyre market and recently we have successfully started our journey with lead-acid/lithium batteries and lubricants for automobiles as well. We have more than half a thousand automotive-based retailers and partnered shops around the country with a fair amount of distribution records. In 2021, we had an annual turnover of nearly 10 million in US Dollars. Our entire team consists of self-motivated professionals who are dedicated not only to our organization but also the brands we work with. On the other hand, our sales team is an exception in the market; their cooperation with the retailers and end-users is indisputable. This is easily explained by looking at the quarterly sales volume achievement

History

1975: In the initial stage of Royal Enterprise, we started the business with motor spare parts (Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Kawasaki, Bajaj, Hero & TVS) and played an eminent role at holding market share successfully in the North end of Bangladesh.
2000: After having a long experience in the automotive industry, we stepped into the most lucrative milestone of our journey by acquiring the authorized sole distributorship of MRF Tyres in Bangladesh for two and three-wheeler. It is one of the most prominent tyres manufactures in the world with an exportation to 65 countries.
2010: We introduced Hangzhou Huitong Import & Export Co., Ltd. in Bangladesh and their top-of-the-line products; MGM Battery, MGM Chain Kit and Royal Gold Chain Kit. We successfully grabbed the nationwide market with increasing satisfaction of the users.
2017: We got engaged in tyre retreading business named as GR Retreading Factory which is associated with MRF Limited. This project also gave us the opportunity to bring value to our valued customers.
2020: Another milestone was achieved after becoming the sole distributor of MRF’s flagship tyre model for two wheelers – Masseter series. It was a turn-taking step as we were introducing it for the first time in Bangladesh.
2020: Agreement with AMCO Batteries was signed for sole national distribution of Bangladesh. Later in the same year, agreement with MOTUL for national distribution was also signed.
2022: We started Distributing PCR tyres of MRF in Bangladesh.

Our vision towards all our dealers in Bangladesh, is to enrich our customers’ living and to make their business successful by bringing to market the most updated, stunning, exciting and premium quality products by adding extra value in the process. So, to us it is not just a business, it is all about sharing and caring of happiness. Over the past few years, Bangladesh has been emerging as another developing country in Southeast Asia, offering considerable growth opportunities across diverse industry segments including automotive. Several foreign investors are eyeing Bangladesh as the next important destination over the coming years.
